- No smoking inside the apartment (only on balcony).
- Turn down any loud music and keep voices at a respectable level during the building’s quiet hours (10 pm - 7 am).
- Please inform us if you plan to host any events/gatherings during your stay. We are happy to accommodate events, but require prior notice to ensure that the number of guests/noise level won’t be disruptive to the building.
- Please take care of the keys (Key replacements cost $100 each)
- A fee of $200 per person applies if extra guests stay overnight without prior approval.
- A minimum $250 special cleaning fee will be charged if the apartment is left in an especially untidy condition (e.g. smoking inside, unwashed dishes, alcohol spills, blood stains, excessive rubbish).
- All costs to replace stained linen will be passed on at a rate of $35 per towel, $35 per pillow case, $70 per sheet, $200 per quilt cover.

The Apartment:

Step into Apartment 213, where soft, moody lighting creates the ultimate cozy retreat for two, in the heart of the Valley. Curl up on the sofa with a plush throw blanket, put a record on, and enjoy a good book. Sip your morning coffee or unwind with evening drinks on the private balcony.

Interior designer Bronnie Masefau has brought the apartment to life by blending revamped vintage charm with modern design elements – combining textures, colours, and distinctive details to create a truly one-of-a-kind space.

The Building – ‘Sun Apartments’:

Our apartment is located within the renowned, heritage-listed ‘Sun Apartments’ Building, built in 1929. Sun Apartments is steeped in rich history, housing some of Australia’s most iconic newspapers until 1996, at which point, the building was converted into unique residential warehouse-style apartments. Staying at Sun Apartments allows you to step into a piece of Brisbane’s past while enjoying the modern amenities within this heritage apartment.
